New Year’s on the Viking Neptune
The band was great and so was the weather. Starting the Nee Year’s on a Happy Note.
Puntarenas Costa Rica
First day of 2024 the town was very quiet after the New Year celebrations and all the stores were closed. The excursion bus took us to Espéranza where we enjoyed a cultural dances.
New Year’s Eve
The Viking crew was working diligently on decorating the ship for tonight’s festivities. The weather was perfect and retractable roof over the pool was open. The band was great.
Panama Canal and New Year’s Eve
Been through the Canal a few times it’s just a long day. Listen from time to time for a refresher course. Today is our 2nd day cruising the Pacific the ocean is flat like a lake which I love looking forward to the New Year Eve festivities.
From Colon to Panama City
It took about 90 minutes bus ride through Panama country site it was a pleasant drive, the Highway are good and very clean. Walk around Panama City for 5 hours with some stops, naturally Hot and Humid and at the end of our visit walking towards the bus Mother Nature “who is in charge” unleashed a rainstorm on us, but for me it didn’t spoil the Day.
