Tangier, Morocco

Tangier is situated about eight miles from the Strait of Gibraltar. Its location where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet made them very appealing to numerous empires to call their own. The city vibrancy attracts artists of the late century including Henti Matisse and Paul Caugin. The ancient wall surrounds the Casbah with its colorful vegetable, meat and clothing.

I love all the local color against the tawny background. It must have been beautiful to walk through. Enjoy, my friend.
